Welcome to the website!
As a human being, a scientist and a professional, I have devoted my work to supporting the healthy functioning of both small and large Human Systems. In every Human System -whether an individual, a couple, a family, a school, a company, or even a government, there is a constantly shifting state of balance. Like a skilled acrobat or else balancer, each system must keep adjusting so as to stay focused on every role during every moment of its life. This ongoing search for balance is the only real certainty in life. When expressed in a functional way, it becomes what we call evolution. Even for a single person, balance is always complex. We all move among many roles -child, parent, partner, professional, friend- and we all try to remain centered within them. When we consider larger systems like families, schools, or organizations, the level of complexity grows accordingly. To live with quality and inner coherence, we need internal mechanisms that help us become effective balancers, like other acrobats, able to protect ourselves, adapt, and grow within the systems we belong to. When this happens, the individual supports the well-being of the wider context, and the system, in turn, nourishes the individual. The framework that makes this process possible is Systemic Thinking: the field of study that explores systems, both human and beyond. For almost four decades, guided by Systemic Thinking and my professional specialization, I have worked through therapeutic, supervisory, educational, and research practices. My aim has always been to share what I find both useful and deeply fascinating: the Systemic perspective. I try to attain it through my personal lens, which keep evolving through my interaction with people and groups -both professionally and humanly. Across this website, you will find my scientific and professional identity reflected through my experience and ongoing work.
