Who it’s for
All adults welcome. No prerequisites.
Why this workshop
Communication difficulties are common across all human systems—family, work,
groups. Each role (child, parent, partner, professional, friend, etc.) involves
obligations and rights. We often feel discomfort, anger, fear; we sense unmet
expectations; we give more than we wish; we become too yielding or too
aggressive and later regret it -or react with a delay. Sometimes we think others
“should” understand us.
What we’ll practice (experientially)
Decoding messages we receive and send
Stating needs and desires without undermining the relationship
Negotiating and asserting desired behaviors with clarity and
boundaries—preventing abusive patterns of any kind
Using first-person (“I-messages”) effectively
You will learn practical models and techniques you can apply across contexts.
Materials and resources will be provided.

“A Day Trip to the Carefree Child Within”
Announcement
You are invited to participate in a restorative experiential workshop designed to
reconnect you with your inner child -the spontaneous, creative, and carefree
part of yourself that often becomes silent amid the demands of everyday life.
Together, we will give this inner child the opportunity to:
- come alive and find rest,
- be nourished and gently detoxed,
- grow while remaining playful and authentic,
- expand its inner space and, along with it, the space of the other roles
within us.
Through art, music, literature, and theatre, participants will be guided to
explore self-expression, emotional renewal, and inner balance.
Because the healthy roots that connect us to our past continuously nurture our
present self.
